Initiate Request
Visit our Returns Center portal and enter your Order ID and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Quality Check & Packing
Ensure the products are in their original condition with all tags intact, and pack them securely in the original shipping bag or any sturdy alternative.
Reverse Pickup
Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 24-48 hours to collect the package at no extra cost to you.
Refund or Replacement
After the item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, we will immediately process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your new exchange size.
